How to Contact Duolingo in 3 Different Ways

As one of the biggest language learning platforms in the world, Duolingo has tens of thousands of users engaging with the Duolingo app and products every single day. As such, there are bound to be some issues and questions along the way.

So, how can you contact Duolingo and get the much-needed answers to your burning language-related questions? Let’s dive in and find out more.

1. The Duolingo Help Center

If you go on the contact page on the Duolingo website, you’ll be given two emails that are basically just for businesses and collaborations, so they’re not a ton of help. The other link you’ll find is one to the Duolingo Help Center.

The Duolingo Help Center is basically a mega forum filled with every frequently asked question you could think of about Duolingo. It’s separated into a load of different categories like privacy, technical questions, account issues, and more. You’ll find different pages within each category, answering specific queries.

You can either scroll through the selections and click on the options you want, or you can use the handy search bar at the top of the page. If you’re not sure of the exact wording you should use to get an answer, use keywords around your question to give you the most options.

Each article will also have a list of related posts as well, so if one page doesn’t quite cover it, you can see alternate options to move onto.

If there’s a tech issue, there is a bug report form on their app and on the website, so you don’t need to actively email anyone in the Duolingo team. You can find the form in the Help Center pretty easily.

2. Contact Duolingo Through Social Media

Like with a lot of customer service options, Duolingo is super active on social media, so you can normally contact Duolingo HQ this way. Twitter is probably the most common way to ask the Duolingo team something. You can just tweet them using the handle @duolingo and someone will normally get back to you pretty quickly.

You can also DM the iconic Duolingo account on Instagram if you have any account queries and the team will be happy to assist you at any time.

3. Contact Duolingo Through Email

If you’re having issues with your Duolingo Plus subscription, it can be a little bit difficult to find support. A lot of people on Twitter have been commenting about having trouble trying to cancel their Plus membership.

Although there are articles on Duolingo’s Help Center and there are options on the app, apparently some people need support canceling their membership.

According to a thread on Twitter, the Duolingo team shared the [email protected] email. This isn’t on the contact us page on the Duolingo website which is weird, but it’s definitely worth making a note of if you’re on the premium subscription.

Contact Duolingo for Answers to Your Questions!

If you need to contact Duolingo for whatever reason, whether you’re looking for queries about new language tracks, how to cancel a subscription, or how to recover your account details, there are quite a few different ways to go about it.

You can opt for the extensive Duolingo Help Center, a whole host of social media accounts with public and private messaging, or contact the team via email if you’re having issues with your Plus account. The choice is yours, or if you can’t find the answers you’re looking for, there are also a ton of user forums online.
